Chirpy Customer Review Prize Draw - Terms and Conditions
1. Promoter
The promoter of this prize draw is Chirpy Mood Science of First Floor, 28 Whitehorse Street, Baldock, Hertfordshire, SG7 6QQ (the "Promoter").
2. Eligibility
This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, agents or anyone professionally connected with the prize draw are not eligible to enter. A household that has won in a previous Entry Period is not eligible to win again for 24 months following their win.
3. Prize Draw Period
This is a rolling prize draw that runs on an ongoing basis, in a series of recurring three-month Entry Periods aligned to calendar quarters: 1st January to 31st March, 1st April to 30th June, 1st July to 30th September, and 1st October to 31st December (each an "Entry Period"). One winner will be selected per Entry Period, from all valid entries received within that Entry Period. An entry is only valid for the Entry Period in which it was received and does not carry over to a later period. The Promoter may end or pause the prize draw at any time by giving reasonable notice; any Entry Period already in progress will still be honoured.
4. How to Enter
Entry is free. To enter, participants must leave a genuine, honest review of a Chirpy product they have purchased, submitted via the link in Chirpy's review request emails or directly via the reviews section of wearechirpy.com, during the relevant Entry Period. Entry does not depend on the star rating given. Only one entry per household is permitted per Entry Period, regardless of how many reviews are submitted.
5. The Prize
The prize is 12 consecutive months of Chirpy product, provided as a complimentary subscription to the winner's choice of The Mood One or The Zen One. One winner per Entry Period. Non-transferable, non-exchangeable, no cash alternative. UK delivery only.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries within one week of the Entry Period's closing date, and notified by email using the address associated with their order or review. If a winner does not respond within 72 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
7. Prize Fulfilment
The winner's account will be set up to receive their prize within 7 days of confirmed eligibility. If they don't currently hold an active subscription, one will be set up on their behalf using their existing order details, unless they'd prefer not to.
8. Data Protection
Personal data supplied will only be processed to administer the prize draw, in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy, and not retained longer than necessary.
9. General
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control. The Promoter's decision is final and binding. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical failure or any other reason.
