Refund policy

We want you to feel great about every Chirpy order. If something isn’t right, here’s how we make it right. This policy applies to all purchases made on wearechirpy.com and is effective from June 2026.

1. Unopened Products

If you’ve received your order but haven’t opened it, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.

Products must be returned in their original condition — seals intact, packaging undamaged, and labels in place. Return postage costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.

2. Opened Products

For health and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or partially used supplements as standard. This is in line with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which permits sellers to decline returns on sealed goods once the seal has been broken.

That said, if you’ve tried a small number of capsules or servings and have a genuine concern — whether that’s taste, tolerance, or something else — please get in touch. We review these cases individually and will do our best to find a fair solution. We don’t want you stuck with something that isn’t working for you.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or we’ve sent you the wrong product, we will make it right at no cost to you.

In most cases we will send a replacement or the correct item straight away. Where a return is required, we will provide a prepaid returns label. In many cases, you will be asked to keep the incorrect or faulty item.

Please report faulty or incorrect orders within 30 days of delivery.

4. Subscriptions

You can cancel or pause an upcoming subscription order at any time before it has been processed and dispatched. Log in to your account to manage your subscription, or contact us and we will handle it for you.

Once a subscription order has been dispatched, it falls under our standard returns policy above.

5. Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights. Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a minimum 14-day right to cancel any online order from the date of delivery, for any reason, provided the product seal has not been broken.

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods remain fully in place regardless of whether items have been opened.

6. How to Start a Return

1.    Email us at hello@wearechirpy.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.

2.    We will confirm eligibility and send return instructions, usually within one working day.

3.    Send the item back using a tracked postal service. Please keep proof of postage until your refund is confirmed.

4.    Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5 working days to your original payment method.
