How do I know if my child needs chirpy?
Chirpy food supplements are designed for neurotypical and neurodiverse young minds aged 6-18-years who need support with mood, calm, focus, and relaxation. Signs your child may need support include low mood, busy heads, emotional meltdowns, anxious feelings, or lack of focus.
How long until I start to notice improvements/benefits?
You may notice some benefits of the Mood and Zen One within a few days. Other additional benefits from the ingredients, such as improved sleep quality, may take a few weeks of consistent use.
Can I take Chirpy products if I am over 18?
Yes! Although the formulation is designed for 6-18 years, grown ups can take the recommended use for an 18-year-old for the same Chirpy benefits.
Can Chirpy products be taken together?
Yes! Each has product been carefully formulated to work in solo or in combo (like The Mood One + The Zen One) for flexible mood and wellbeing support.
What if my child takes too many Chirpy gummies?
Seek medical advice if excessive amounts are consumed.
Can/should I take other vitamins too?
It is fine to continue with your multivitamin. We have considered that most children will already be on a multivitamin. In our nutritional information you can see how much each product contains, as well as the % of the nutrient reference value (NRV). Remember, this is a supplementary food product and should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet.
Can Chirpy products interact with medication?
If you are taking medication under medical supervision, consult a doctor or pharmacist before using.
Are Chirpy products suitable for people with food allergies (gluten, dairy, nut, egg, etc.)?
Chirpy is free from the 14 most common food allergens, but always check the label for information on the contents of the products.
The 14 common food allergens are celery, cereals containing gluten (like wheat, rye, barley, and oats), crustaceans (such as prawns, crabs, and lobsters), eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs (like mussels and oysters), mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide and sulphites, and tree nuts (like almonds, hazelnuts, and walnuts).
What should I do if my child has an allergic reaction?
Chirpy is free from common food allergens, but always check the label for information on the contents of the products.
If your child has an allergic reaction seek medical attention and discontinue use.
What happens if my child stops taking Chirpy?
There are no withdrawal effects, but the benefits will naturally diminish over time.
Are Chirpy products suitable for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Chirpy food supplements should be avoided in pregnancy or breastfeeding. This is because the safety of the botanical extracts have not been tested in this group of people.

Who formulates Chirpy?
Chirpy food supplements are developed by Sarah, a pharmacist, who is also an expert (Professor) in medicines safety.
Where is Chirpy made?
Our gummies are made right here in the UK in a pharmacy-grade facility, fully certified to the highest standards (GMP + HFSA). This ensures safety and consistency in every batch. No shortcuts.
Is Chirpy suitable for vegans/vegetarians?
The Zen One is suitable for vegans. The Mood One is suitable for vegetarians, because the Vitamin D is derived from the wool of grazing sheep.
Is Chirpy halal?
Yes. Chirpy gummies are manufactured in a halal certified facility. Non-halal ingredients, in particular animal derived gelatin, are strictly excluded from our formulations.
Do you use artificial colours or flavouring?
No, Chirpy is free from artificial colouring and flavourings. To create our Chirpy gummies, we use natural colourings, for example, betacarotene (yellow/orange) and purple black carrot (blackcurrant). We then flavour with natural fruit flavours.
Do Chirpy products contain sugar?
Our gummies contain naturally occurring sugar from fructooligosaccharides (FOS)— a prebiotic fibre.
We chose FOS for two reasons:
1)Oral health: it does not cause tooth decay like sugar can, which is great for kids’ teeth and their oral microbiome health.;
2) Gut microbiome: FOS is a food for friendly bacteria in the gut, especially Bifidobacterium. As the fibre is broken down by the bacteria, the by-products (postbiotics) have useful anti-inflammatory actions in the body. A diverse oral and gut microbiome is beneficial for mood health!

The Best Before End Date can be found printed in a white rectangle on the base of the pouch.
How should I store my Chirpy Gummies?
Store the gummies in a cool, dry place in the resealable pouch. Keep out of reach of children (younger ones may mistake them for sweets).

How do I change or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions can be managed through your online account reached via the profile icon. From the 'Subscriptions" tab on your account page, you can cancel, change the date of your next order, or change/add products you want to subscribe to.

How do I change my address on my account?
You can update your shipping address via your account (accessed via the profile icon).
Once you're logged in, click on the tab that says Profile. Here, you can edit or add an address, and select it to be your default address.
Do I get a discount if I set up a subscription?
Subscription orders for one product have a 15% discount applied to the RRP.
If you subscribe to The Mood & Zen Bundle though this discount becomes 24%!
